Job description

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Outreach Support Worker to work with young people who face challenges engaging with mainstream education due to complex needs, neurodiversity, or other barriers. This role focuses on providing in-depth, individualised support to help young people navigate transitions, advocate for their educational needs, and reengage positively with the learning environment.

The successful candidate will work both within the community and in partnership with schools and RAW, helping young people to build confidence, develop strategies for success, and ensuring their needs are understood and addressed by educational institutions.

This is a new role to RAWs education services, so we are seeking someone who has the passion to grow and develop the provision alongside senior management team.
